Hartley Brothers Inc. was founded in 1980 by brothers Robert and Phil; having backgrounds in framing and remodeling working for construction companies in the Gainesville, Florida area. Steve Hartley joined the family business in 1989 where he became the Production Manager.
Since the company's founding the Hartley Brothers have built more than 1,500 Homes in Central Florida.
Dedicated to making your home work for your lifestyle there are over 100 Floorplans available to choose from; or you can completely customize your own with the help of our on-site floorplan designer. There's also a wide variety of different selections, from flooring to plumbing fixtures, for you to choose from depending on your budget.
