A
BIG welcome to Savannah Station's new residents who have moved
in! As projected in the beginning we anticipated move in dates
to be late February 2007. We are ran on schedule and the houses
are being completed within a 170 day turn around. Our Superintendent
knows what it takes to build these models, does it well, and is
getting it done.

The
front entrance is almost complete. The brick wall is up, lettering
is ordered, professional landscaping is planted. We are excited
about our subdivision, Savannah Station, and will upload more
photos as they become available. Visit us again soon. |
Below
is a drawing of the Phase I plat map for Savannah Station. Savannah
Station is a planned unit development located in the City of Alachua,
Alachua County, Florida. in which Phase I will have a total of 107
lots in 3 different sizes.
• The 47 'white stars' indicate the 65' x 110'
lots.
• The 44 'black stars' indicate the 45' x 90'
lots.
• The 16 'gray stars' indicate the 100' x 200'
lots.
• The 'Town Center Commercial Area’ and the 'Recreation
Area' will be developed along with Phase II.
• Phase I and Phase II will be developed over the next three
years.

Floor
plans and elevations have been created for Savannah Station. The homes
in Phase I will range in size from 1,200 to 2,100 square feet. All
homes will have front-entry or side-entry garages and interior laundry
rooms. General price ranges have been approximated for the different
lot sizes and corresponding home sizes:
Savannah
Station will have a 77,000+ square foot recreational area with a proposed
swimming pool, pavilion, basketball, tennis and sand volleyball courts;
as well as a "tot lot". All of these amenities are being
designed for Savannah Station residents to enjoy. The recreational
area will be constructed along with Phase II.

Savannah
Station will be constructed around a 7+ acre "town center"
style commercial area with neighborhood retail and service businesses
that will cater to the residents of Savannah Station and the surrounding
area. This commercial area will be constructed in Phase II.
