(NW 122 Street).

lots are arrayed around a cul-de-sac and an access road, and are surrounded
by peaceful Florida woodland views. The 30+ acre property has been
engineered to take maximum advantage of Alachua County’s westward
growth as the subdivision is located in SW Gainesville (near Jonesville)
with easy access to shopping centers, sports centers, cultural events,
and nature lover’s settings.
Architectural
guidelines have been developed to protect the integrity of the neighborhood
and ensure that long-term investment values are maximized. All of
the necessary municipal approvals have been obtained.
There
has been tremendous interest in the Fletcher Park residential community
and several model homes are now open for your inspection. Pricing
reflects the upgraded condition of the lots, including water, sewer,
electricity, cable and telephone to the lot lines. The asphalt-paved
roads were slated to be completed by mid-June, with that deadline-met
on time. Purchasers can commence building as soon as their contract
